The Sri Lanka Youth Working Committee's 2019 conference needed a digital companion app that would make a large-scale event feel personalized and connected for every attendee.
The Challenge
Large events often suffer from information overload, missed networking opportunities, and outdated schedules. SLSYWC needed an app that worked in a venue with inconsistent connectivity, enabled seamless networking between hundreds of attendees, and kept the schedule current the moment anything changed.
The Solution
We built a focused Flutter mobile app purpose-built for the conference experience. QR-based contact scanning replaced business card exchanges. A points-based reward system drove attendee engagement throughout the event. Real-time timeline updates kept everyone aligned on schedule changes as they happened.
